To wrap up the festival, Cheese Culture will be hosting a “Rise & Shine” brunch on Saturday, April 21st from 11am-2pm. Menu items include Porchetta on toasted Rustic White bread, topped with shaved Cabot Clothbound Cheddar, arugula and drizzled with truffle oil and French Ham and double crème brie with cornichons and stone ground mustard. The featured drink will be the “Cultured Sunday” made with Villa Sandi Prosecco and lemonade.  Tickets price: $35 per person. To purchase tickets call 954-533-9178.
