To wrap up the festival, Cheese Culture will be hosting a â€œRise & Shineâ€ brunch on Saturday, April 21st from 11am-2pm. Menu items include Porchetta on toasted Rustic White bread, topped with shaved Cabot Clothbound Cheddar, arugula and drizzled with truffle oil and French Ham and double crÃ¨me brie with cornichons and stone ground mustard.
