To wrap up the festival, Cheese Culture will be hosting a “Rise & Shine†brunch on Saturday, April 21st from 11am-2pm. Menu items include Porchetta on toasted Rustic White bread, topped with shaved Cabot Clothbound Cheddar, arugula and drizzled with truffle oil and French Ham and double crème brie with cornichons and stone ground mustard.
