The evening at Scarpetta will be enhanced by the presence of Perrier-Jouet’s charming and talented, chef de cave, Herve Deschamp; only the seventh person to hold the title in the company’s 200 year history. The decadent four course meal, featuring dishes prepared by the restaurant’s newly appointed chef de cuisine Nina Compton and paired with different Champagnes for each course, offers guests an exceptional opportunity to sample some of the world’s best vintage Champagnes under the guidance of a grand master. Priced at $250 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, the evening kicks off at 7:30 p.m. with a Champagne reception, followed by dinner at 8 p.m. As a keepsake of the evening, each guest will receive a bottle of Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut signed by Herve Deschamps.
