The Spring Bling Fur Paws Red Carpet Event is being held both inside Michele’s Dining Lounge as well as outside to accommodate the animals’ adoring and supporting public. Participating are several of South Florida’s prominent animal rescue charity organizations, featuring Warm Hearts Pet Rescue, Inc. This fundraiser will provide raffles and silent auctions, both of which will include sports memorabilia signed by South Florida’s own famous athletes, as well as Miami Heat tickets and basketballs signed by the Heat, even surprise celebrity guest appearances. Additionally, guest speakers will be discussing animal cruelty and the measures we can take to prevent it, the tragedy of puppy mills, as well as why to adopt – not shop – and how to control the overpopulation of animals through spaying/neutering; along with several other relevant topics including a video presentation by Miami Coalition Against BSL. Participating rescues will be introducing some of their loveable adoptable pets for the public to meet and hopefully find FUREVER homes. There will be several radio commercials on two stations to promote the fundraiser as well as live radio remotes on the day of the event and plenty of participating vendors from local pet spas and pet care providers. This is also a family event so bring the kids for face painting and other fun activities! The highlight of the evening will be our Divine Doggie Fashion Show!
