PERUFEST USA, a Peruvian gastronomic and cultural event, invites the Community of South Florida to participate to the Great Festival of Peru in its 8th GASTRONOMIC USA 2019 Festival to be held on November 23 and 24 at the Magic City Casino. PERUFEST USA, was created with the purpose of promoting Peruvian Gastronomy and Culture, to publicize the exquisite culinary art of the Coast, Sierra and Jungle of Peru.
Event that opens the doors of Peru to South Florida to show our Folklore, Tourism, Handicrafts and other artistic, cultural and business expressions. In this Eighth edition we have endeavored to bring the best of Peru to the delight of Miami, renowned chefs, such as the Peruvian brand ambassador Flavio Solórzano, who will give master classes in Peruvian cuisine.
The artistic presence of the international singer Julie Freundt, the group Yawar Chicchi, Danzantes de Tijera, all of them cultural Ambassadors of folklore of Peru. On this occasion, we will have reserved a VIP area where various chefs and restaurants will show emblematic dishes of Peru, part of what is collected in this VIP area will be donated to promote social works in Peru, under the Warma Foundation. The objective of PERUFEST USA is to present our rich gastronomy and culture to the world, we are proud to show our millenary roots since we are the ambassadors of our Country.
