Garden to Glass at Kampong

“Garden to Glass” at Kampong Sunday, May 6, 5-7:30pm – Kampong of the National Tropical Botanical Garden, 4013 South Douglas Road, Coconut Grove

GREY GOOSE Vodka partnered with Slow Food Miami, an organization who is committed to connecting the community to locally grown food. Slow Food Miami awarded GREY GOOSE Vodka with the Snail of Approval Award for their extraordinary attention to the French farmers who harvest their wheat and sustainable standards appointed to the quality of production after work in the fields is completed. The “Garden to Glass” concept is a new movement in bartending that takes advantage of seasonal ingredients picked straight from the garden and dropped into the glass. This is the first of many events in conjunction with Slow Foods Miami. Guest experienced exclusive cocktail experience in one of the world’s most beautiful, unique gardens. Under a full moon rising, guest enjoyed culinary cocktails, crafted by a GREY GOOSE Master Mixologiest using the fresh and rare fruits of the Kampong: Mamey Sapote, Jaboticaba, Sapodilla, Mango, Coconut, and Miracle Fruit.
