Dance NOW! Miami and the Bass Museum of Art team up again to present The Ekphrasis Project, an edgy site-specific event that is based on the Museum’s current exhibitions. This unique dance and art experience was conceived and created by DNM Directors Diego Salterini and Hannah Baumgarten. The performance will bring to life the potency of the work through the art of movement and will also reflect the architectre of the Museum, drawing attention to its unique elements. Presented twice during the afternoon, each performance will include several separate and complete dance works, running approximately 60 mintues. The performances are free with Museum admission ($8 adults; $6 students and seniors; free for MB resident and Museum members).
