Guests will enjoy an elaborate sushi display, made-to-order omelet and egg station, pancakes and waffles, fresh salads and seafood, delicious bakery items by Pastry Chef Frederic Monnet, and specialties such as Snapper Ceviche with Mango, Cedar Plank Roasted Arctic Char, Tamarind and Garlic Chicken Lollipops, and much more. A fresh seafood presentation including caviar, jumbo shrimp and stone crab claws will complete the incredible menu. A selection of tempting pastries, ice cream and desserts will also be presented.
