The 3rd Annual “Cultura” Art & Music Festival showcases local and international art of all kinds. The festival will start at 6pm with $1 food, $2 drinks and $3.50 premium drinks for 100 minutes and there is no cover til 9pm. 21&up $5. Sponsored by I.D. ART
