Edge, Steak & Bar, downtown Miami’s hottest dining and drinking establishment at Four Seasons Miami, hosted an invitation-only launch party for its gorgeous outdoor terrace. At the soiree, attendees feasted on beautifully-crafted hors d’oeuvres and enjoy delicious action stations, featuring tomahawk double chops, Creekstone farms prime rib, East Coast oysters shucked ‘live’ and made to order seafood tartares, and more. While overlooking the stunning views of Biscayne Bay and the hotel’s two-acre pool, guests were sipping on cocktails provided by Russian Standard Vodka, Appleton Rum, Deaths Door Gin and Domain Carneros Wine. The evening under the stars was a night to remember with exquisite views, great food and live entertainment in Edge’s newest amenity.
