On Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at the Miami Culinary Institute, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast, in collaboration with Zonin, is organizing another food and wine tasting event part of the Italian Culinary Experience (ICE) series. The event will take place from 1:30pm to 3:30 pm and address specialized press, restaurant and hospitality sectors. This interactive event series allows patrons to experience Italy through cooking demonstrations, wine tasting and panel discussions led by world class chefs and food & wine experts. As part of the Ospitalita’ Italiana Seal of Authenticity (“Q”), a project created by UNIONCAMERE and ISNART, and carried out locally by the IACCSE since 2010, during May 22 ICE event 3 highly informative and educational videos on topics related to genuine Italian food and beverage products and their protection, will be presented to the audience. With the goal of creating awareness and educating international consumers on the value of Italian agricultural productions, the importance of their geographical origins, and the importance of the different European Community’ seals of quality and certification marks – true synonymous of authenticity and guarantee – the projection of the videos will be integrated by the distribution of informative material and product cards.
