Soyka’s Classics, featured on the left of the new menu, such as the Tuna Tartare, Sesami Salmon and Turkey Meatballs will remain though they were thoroughly reviewed by Chef Christian Martin and Graspa’s Corporate Chef Alberto Marcato to ensure quality and use of the best possible ingredients. The New dishes, listed on the right side of the menu, include a Citrus Quinoa Salad, Maitardi’s beloved Seafood Lasagna, Kurobuta (a special Japanese breed) Pork Chops and the Sterling Silver Demonico. Patrons can expect a visual experience with Soyka’s beautiful interior design as well as the addition of styled models embracing the timeless concept. Stylist Myrnelle Singh from Mirror Mirror Beauty Studio will be working with clothes from Touch Boutique. Musical live performances will accompany the series of surprises and a specially produced series of videos will allow for Chef Christian Martin to share details about the new menu and dishes while still working behind the scene.
