Celebrity stylist to the stars, Tanya-Marie, opened her luxury boutique only few weeks ago in the Design District which was then burglarized. Thieves made off with more than $50,000 worth of couture custom made designs, and the investigation in this matter is still on. No stranger to philanthropy ,Tanya-Marie founded the “Lemons to Lemonade”, a nonprofit organization that helps bring awareness on issues concerning local business and developmental programs to help them succeed. Her hope is to prevent financial mishaps from happening to other local business. Tanya-Marie along with Jewelry designer Shannon St. Clair (wife of NFL player John St. Clair) raffled off each prizes with all the proceeds benefiting the local charity called NEST. NEST provides housing and relief for over 6,000 homeless teens in the Miami Dade area. NEST, a division of StandUpForKids.org, provides clothing, job training, education, and shelter for underprivileged teens that need a little guidance in their life to put them back on the right.
