The District Factory: Where Designers & Artists Pop Shop + You're Invited Saturday, June 9, 7-10pm – The District Factory, 3900 N.E. 1st Avenue, Miami Design District

The District Factory features a growing list of emerging designers and artists who continue to keep Miami on the forefront of fashion. Join popular Miami fashion blogger Annie Vazquez, who will serve as host for June’s fashion showcase of locally inspired items that include art, jewelry, apparel, reconstructed vintage and more. Enjoy entertainment by Scratch DJ Academy’s DJ I.A.N., Société Perrier infused cocktails and snacks by Pop Chips. Miami’s first “pop-up” restaurant Phuc Yea! (pronounced fook – yey), best known for its modern interpretation of traditional Vietnamese cuisine, makes a cameo appearance featuring some of their classics, which will be priced at $6 each, as well as thirst-quenching punch tumblers priced at $10. The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions will also be on site pouring exclusive craft beers and sodas. Also featured will be artwork by post-pop artist Carol Adrianza and art installations by Taylor Kienholz of Pencils and Sawblades. The event coincides with the District’s Gallery Walk, and a portion of the proceeds goes to Dress for Success Miami.
