The luncheon is part of the Biltmoreâ€™s ongoing Interactive Culinary Series that allows guests to dine and cook alongside South Floridaâ€™s top culinary talent while they demonstrate how prepare a delicious meal. For the upcoming lunch, Chef Gilligan and participants will prepare Columbia River Salmon Sashimi with sesame oil, scorched jicama, Asian pear avocado salad drizzled with soy-yuzu dressing; followed by Soy-Honey Roasted Duck Breast with three bean salad, new potatoes, teardrop tomatoes and hazelnut vinaigrette. Dessert will be prepared by the talented Biltmore culinary team. Chef Gilligan, revered locally for his South Florida savvy and culinary creativity, entices diners at the Rusty Pelican with a menu that centers on innovative Modern American cuisine featuring small plates and updated classics.
