“Exposed” is an exhibition about deepening access to the essence of environment and character through photography and film. The show presents four Miami artists, each of whose work speaks to a multi layered and deeply intimate observation of humanity and individuality. The haunting lyricism of a documentary by Terrence Price stands in beautiful contrast to the highly formal exploration of Adler Guerrier’s neighborhood homes. The raw and soulful elevation of individuals by Rod Deal, via the merging of word and image, converse poignantly with the refined and singular Pulitzer Prize winning moments captured by Carl Juste.
