This year’s Flip & Sip Specialty drink will be revealed before EAT DRINK READ, a culinary & literary event featuring the new cook book by Sarah Tiong “Sweet, Savory, Spicy.” Featuring a recipe from Sweet Savory Spicy, we will feature a LIVE cooking demo with local Chef Alex Kuk of Temple Street Eatery.
