Brunch is coming to Egg & Dart courtesy of chef Brian Aaron of Aaron’s Catering International and Gourmet, who will take over the kitchen on Sunday starting June 24, 2012. The menu includes more exotic brunch items like candied bacon, mini benedicts with short rib, chicharron, and vaca frita.  It also includes $15 botomless mimosas.
