"Central America Talks" at LegalArtFriday, July 20, 6pm – LegalArt, 1035 N Miami Avenue, Second Floor, Miami

Visiting residency artist Simón Vega and CIFO Director and Curator Jesús Fuenmayor will gather in a conversation about Contemporary Art in Central America. Join to learn about the socio-political context of art in Central America today. The panelists will visit works of relevant Central American artists and will continue to review the work of Simón Vega. Afterward, guests will be invited to tour the artist’s studio. LegalArt programs are made possible with the support of John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, Emily Hall Tremaine Foundation, and Miami-Dade Cultural Affairs. This event is free and open to the public.
