Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward, the local division of the nationâ€™s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, is hosting the Kabuki Celebrity Cook-Off, a special hibachi dinner encouraging friendly competition between local companies in support of Broward children. Sponsorship opportunities and individual tickets are still available to attend the fifth annual event, which will be held at Fort Lauderdale’s Benihana restaurant overlooking the Intracoastal on August 20 starting at 6:30 pm. Every year, supporters and fans of the event don costumes with their tablemates in an effort to win one of several honorary titles that are bestowed, including the Geisha award for best service, the Samurai award for the best knife skills and the famous Kabuki award for the best themed attire and table decorations. Tickets to the celebratory event are available as follows: Kabuki Corporate Table Sponsor: $1,800 includes eight VIP guest seats, drink tickets, a sake bottle for your table and other fun surprises.
