The Social Y presents the Miami Stars Community Event – A youth celebration on Saturday, October 6th from 5:00pm – 6:30pm at the Adrienne Arsht Center Peacock Foundation Studio. The youth within our community will be the stars for the evening at this free Red Carpet style event in which “Paul’s Paradigm” will premier; a short film produced for and by the community that focuses on bullying. The Social Y, along with corporate partners such as the Boys & Girls Club of America and TD Bank, will use this event to raise awareness to the bullying epidemic and has tapped into the youth of America and charged them with overcoming these challenges for the next generation. Through the use of exposure, mentorship, education and financial subsidies, the Social Y empowers youth to be the change they wish to see.
