James Beard Award-nominated chef Jeff McInnis will demonstrate the sophisticated Southern comfort food that made his name. Under McInnis’ leadership, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar received national recognition within the first six months of opening, and he was nominated for the James Beard Foundations’ Best Chef: South Award. His prior experience includes stints at the Ritz-Carlton and Norman’s in Miami, and as a competitor on “Top Chef” Season 5. Reception starts at 6 p.m., followed by the four course dinner with wine pairings at 7. Tickets are $85 and benefit the College of Culinary Arts Scholarship Fund.
