Time Out Market Miami opens it’s doors on Thursday, May 9. Come on down and be one of the first to enjoy Miami’s best chefs, drinks and cultural experiences all under one roof.
The 18,000-sqaure-foot space includes three bars, an art gallery, and a demonstration kitchen, which will feature a new chef and cuisine every three months. For now, drinks at each of the bars will be handled by the Broken Shaker, Sweet Liberty, and the Generator, which together will result in 15 rotating cocktails, along with various wine, beer, and frozen cocktail options. There will be around 440 seats indoors and outdoors for hungry diners.
Curated by Time Out’s editorial team, the lineup includes venerable chef Norman Van Aken, who will double down on the market with two new concepts, including one that celebrates the chef’s love affair with the Florida Keys. Other notable chefs represented include Jeremy Ford, Antonio Bachour, Michael Beltran, Giorgio Rapicavoli, and Suzy Batlle of Azucar.
