Flavors of Fort Lauderdale was a four-day celebration of the culinary lifestyle and casual elegance of South Florida. Grand Tasting featured specialty food and beverage purveyors, local restaurants and lifestyle organizations. Attendees sipped and sample the best of what Fort Lauderdale has to offer in a relaxed environment at the Las Olas Marina. Led by “Ambassador of Flavor” Chef Allen Susser, attendees also had the opportunity to attend culinary demonstrations conducted by local chefs with a focus on sustainable seafood such as Chef Dean Max (Ocean 3030) and Chef Ralph Pagano (Ten Palms) amongst others.
