The iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach is home to several of South Florida’s most popular restaurants, and on Thanksgiving many of them will be offering special menus. AAA Four Diamond Award-winning, signature restaurants Scarpetta and Gotham Steak will offer tradition-inspired holiday themed prix fixe menus from 4 to 10 p.m. Vida, the hotel’s American brasserie, will offer a buffet with special holiday items for lunch from noon to 4 p.m. and dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. The cost is $59 per person and $32.50 for children under 10. Restaurant patrons get discounted valet parking for $12 with validation.
