“A Queen Within Adorned Archetypes” is an extraordinary fashion exhibition exploring femininity and storytelling. During the upcoming Art Miami Week, Barrett Barrera Projects will showcase only a selection of items from the fullâ€“scale exhibition including extremely rare pieces from one of the world’s largest private collections of Alexander McQueen, as well as garments, photography, film, and artwork by Gucci, Hussein Chalayan, Iris van Herpen, Jean Paul Gaultier, Maison Martin Margiela, Viktor & Rolf and approximately 25 other Asian and European designers known for their daring, remarkable work. Produced by an international team of curators, artists, and fashion insiders, A Queen Within explores various personas of a woman, as well as symbols and storytelling in contemporary design. Barrett Barrera Projects is currently offering the exhibit for domestic and international travel to public and private institutions. Free and open to the public.
