Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale is partnering with Kaminari Ramen – a pop-up food truck serving authentic ramen bowls starting on October 7th, each Wednesday night from 5-9. They’ll be parked right in front of the property for guests to order their delicious lunch and dine al fresco on Las Olas Boulevard or inside the hotel’s restaurant, Harborwood Urban Kitchen & Bar. The South Florida-based food truck is helmed by Takeshi Kamioka — a first generation Japanese chef known for his masterful sushi skills and brick & mortar restaurants in South Florida.
Menus will rotate weekly with staples that include a classic Tonkotsu Ramen made with egg noodles and pork both ($13), Spicy Miso TanTan made with spicy ground pork and Kaminari spice ($12), Yakisoba noodle stir fry ($11), and a Veggie Miso Ramen made with mushroom-miso broth ($11). Keeping with the theme, Harborwood Urban Kitchen & Bar will be offering a signature happy hour cocktail, the ‘Sensei Sour,’ for just $8. Made with Yuzu, coconut-infused rum, green tea, and orange blossom foam, this refreshing libation pairs perfectly with a comforting bowl of ramen as a fun way to welcome fall. @hyattcentriclasolas @kaminariramen
