Walk For the Animals is Humane Society of Greater Miami’s largest annual community fundraiser. More than 3,000 animal lovers will gather together on Saturday, March 4, 2017 for a morning filled with fun activities for dogs and the people they own! In addition to the “adoption center†at the event where local rescue groups will bring their adoptables so many loving and permanent homes can be found, this year will be added the Doggie Fun Zone. NBC6 meteorologist, Ryan Phillips, will emcee the event for the eighth year along with Julie Guy from LiteFM. Commissioner Sally Heyman will act as our Grand Marshall.
