What the PHO – there’s so much to choose from! Phuc Yea, the original Miami Viet-Cajun pop-up located in the heart of MIMO, is collaborating with Peacock Ramen and OORI Bake Shop to bring the PHO vs. Ramen pop-up night. The special restaurant collaboration will empower talented industry newcomers and help bring delicious cuisine to the community, which could use a spark of joy during the unprecedented crisis this year has brought. Chef Cesar Zapata invites Chef Harold Ruiz of Peacock Ramen and Chef Helen Kimchi OORI Bake Shop to his kitchen for a friendly pop-up collab offering a three-course menu for $45, served family-style with desserts and decadent cocktail pairings by Phuc Yea co-owner and cocktail whiz, Aniece Meinhold.
