Following their annual tradition, JohnMartinâ€™s Irish Pub & Restaurant will host a three-course Christmas Eve dinner. For starters, guests may select a luscious cream of mushroom soup or field greens with tomatoes, chopped bacon and egg with a champagne vinaigrette dressing. For the main course, guests have a choice of roast turkey and ham with a chestnut stuffing, mashed potatoes, garden vegetables and cranberry relish; roast pork loin served with black beans, rice, yucca and plantain chips; or grilled salmon filet with herb butter, served with white rice and garden vegetables. To finish off the evening, a wide array of desserts will be available, including assorted cheese plates with grapes, celery, crackers and baguette; a warm, home-made Christmas pudding with sauce anglaise and fresh cream; and a succulent Baileyâ€™s ice cream.
