Renowned Chef Norman Van Aken will prepare over-the-top celebratory menus for the two seatings available for New Year’s Eve. Each will feature tantalizing selections of Van Aken’s James Beard Award-winning New World Cuisine. Each seating features a Champagne toast. First seating at 6 p.m. offers three courses for $105 per person. The second seating at 9 p.m. features five courses priced at $195 per person, tax and gratuity not included.
