The One Group’s STK Miami will welcome Top Chef Master Rick Moonen to team up with STK’s executive chef, and Hell’s Kitchen alum, Ralph Pagano, to present a dinner fit for foodie kings and queens who crave fresh, high-quality steak and seafood fare.
In celebration of this year’s Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, the highly-anticipated Surf & Turf dinner will take place on the mezzanine of STK and will begin with a convivial cocktail reception at 8:00 PM followed by a private dinner at 9:00 PM. Boasting Moonen’s signature, sustainable seafood dishes and Pagano’s decadent prime cuts, together these chefs will join forces to create a four-course culinary masterpiece to be perfectly paired with wines and spirits including Chambord vodka, Herradura tequila, Collingwood whiskey and a selection of wines from organic Bonterra Vineyards.
Food enthusiasts can reserve their seat for this exclusive dining event for the cost of $150 per person (excluding tax and service fee), beverage pairing courtesy of Brown Forman, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the Boys and Girls Club of America.
