Bourbon Steak, A Michael Mina Restaurant, is hosting â€œAn Evening with The House of Krugâ€. The gourmet evening will begin with a Krug Grande CuvÃ©e reception followed by a four-course dinner. To start, guests will enjoy a trio of oysters & caviar, Alaskan king crab and tuna tataki served with Krug 2000. Next up on Chef Gabriel Fentonâ€™s menu is a smoked diver scallop with shabu, shabu and matsutake dashi paired with Krug Grande CuvÃ©e. The main course entrÃ©e is a farm duck leg confit accented by blood orange and parsnip puree accompanied by the Krug Rose.
