Zen Sai at Essex House Hotel invites you to a Gekkeikan Sake dinner, the 4-course dinner during the South Beach Food & Wine Festival, hosted by Yoshi Yumoto, Vice President and Gekkeikan National Sales Manager at Sidney Frank Importing Co., Inc.  With over 20 years experience in the sake category, Yoshi Yumoto leads sales and education in the United States for the world’s largest sake, Gekkeikan, with focus on wholesalers, retailers and consumers. Yumoto trained at the Gekkeikan sake school in Japan, where he learned the intricate nuances of sake as well as the sake making process.  This limited seating dinner will feature artfully prepared dishes by Chef Mike Hiraga paired with premier Gekkeikan sakes. Yoshi Yumoto will guide guests through each course with tasting notes and insight to the unique flavors of Gekkeikan sakes.  Tickets are $75 per person and must be purchased in advance for this private dinner.
