Join Sommelier Christopher Lindemann to explore wines of the Loire River Valley and from Domaine Breton. Catherine and Pierre Breton offer a great range of flavors that stretch from light and delicate, to deep, savory and profound. The husband and wife team bring a fastidious level of care and technique to the production of their wines â€“ biodynamic viticulture, low-to-no additional sulfur, ungrafted vines and mÃ©thode traditionnelle sparkling wines â€“ including the finest Chinons, Vouvrays and Bourgueils. During the dinner, guests will drink superb Chenin Blancs and Cabernet Francs from the middle Loire, paired with a four-course menu specially crafted by Executive Chef Matthieu Godard.
