Join Sommelier Christopher Lindemann to explore wines of the Loire River Valley and from Domaine Breton. Catherine and Pierre Breton offer a great range of flavors that stretch from light and delicate, to deep, savory and profound. The husband and wife team bring a fastidious level of care and technique to the production of their wines – biodynamic viticulture, low-to-no additional sulfur, ungrafted vines and méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines – including the finest Chinons, Vouvrays and Bourgueils. During the dinner, guests will drink superb Chenin Blancs and Cabernet Francs from the middle Loire, paired with a four-course menu specially crafted by Executive Chef Matthieu Godard. Featured wines: Vouvray “La Dilettante” Sec 2010, Bourgueil “Franc de Pied” 2010, Chinon “Beaumont” 2010 and Vouvray “La Dilettante” Brut NV. Tickets are $131 per person ($100 + 9% sales tax + 22% gratuity) and include four-courses dinner with matching wines.
