A pinnacle in pasta history, Wednesday, March 20th is National Ravioli Day and Café Prima Pasta is celebrating with a new addition to its dessert menu and free Fiocchi Rapera bites for every patron.  Upon arrival, guests will receive a complimentary Bellini made with fresh peach puree and authentic Italian champagne followed by an individual Fiocchi Rapera, a homemade pasta purse stuffed with Asian pear and an array of gourmet cheeses tossed in a creamy truffle sauce with crispy prosciutto.  In celebration the National Ravioli Day, Chef Carlos Belon has crafted a crispy chocolate confection to honor the nationally recognized noodle. The Prima Pocket ($7.95) is a lightly-fried chocolate won ton stuffed with dulce de leche and ricotta cheese and topped with chocolate ganache and strawberry coulis. In addition, guests can enjoy a wide variety of homemade raviolis on the dinner menu including pillows of crabmeat stuffed pasta finished with a creamy lobster sauce ($18.95) and spinach and ricotta raviolis in a creamy pinks sauce ($16.95).  For more information, call 305-867-0106 or visit
