On Saturday, May 18th, Edge Executive Chef Aaron Brooks hosts a Brews & Bites Interactive Cooking Class pairing his cooking class menu with B.R.E.W. FIUâ€™s very own craft brews. FIUâ€™s advanced brew club, B.R.E.W. (Biscayneâ€™s Renowned Engineers of Wort) FIUâ€™s mission is to brew fantastic beers with exotic flavors to educate students and consumers alike to all the possibilities of the beer world. From the rooftop herb garden to pool-side under massive Palms, every month Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and his team lead interactive cooking classes at pop-up locations throughout the hotel. All classes have a local farm-to-table focus and utilize current flavors and ingredients distinct to the season.Â The cost of the class is $75 per person,Â exclusive of tax and gratuity. Cost includes a welcome cocktail, unlimited wine and beer during the class, a take-home gift bag and of course, plenty of food.
