On Saturday, May 18th, Edge Executive Chef Aaron Brooks hosts a Brews & Bites Interactive Cooking Class pairing his cooking class menu with B.R.E.W. FIU’s very own craft brews. FIU’s advanced brew club, B.R.E.W. (Biscayne’s Renowned Engineers of Wort) FIU’s mission is to brew fantastic beers with exotic flavors to educate students and consumers alike to all the possibilities of the beer world. From the rooftop herb garden to pool-side under massive Palms, every month Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and his team lead interactive cooking classes at pop-up locations throughout the hotel. All classes have a local farm-to-table focus and utilize current flavors and ingredients distinct to the season. The cost of the class is $75 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Cost includes a welcome cocktail, unlimited wine and beer during the class, a take-home gift bag and of course, plenty of food.
