My Ceviche Opens in BrickellFriday, March 29, 11:30am-11:00pm – My Ceviche, 1250 S Miami Avenue, Miami Brickell

Chef Sam Gorenstein and his partner Roger Duarte, founder and president of George Stone Crab, opened their second location of the popular My Ceviche in Brickell. The new 900-square-foot Brickell restaurant boasts indoor/outdoor seating for 32 guests. Tomas Prado, who’s already worked the kitchens of The Bazaar, Café Boulud, and db Bistro Moderne will take over as My Ceviche’s executive chef. In addition to ceviche, stone crab, salads, Caribbean-style tacos and burritos, and with the addition of the new Ceviche Bowl for $9.95, My Ceviche Brickell will serve two rotating beer selections ($3.95) featuring seasonal, craft, and local brews and house-made micheladas. As always, chef will prepare his dishes using only seafood that’s less than 24 hours off the boat from local fisherman and crab hunters throughout Miami and the Florida Keys, which translates into an ever-changing menu featuring local selections like cobia, yellow jack, and triggerfish. My Ceviche Brickell will be open seven days a week, from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Delivery will begin early April, available in Brickell, the Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and Midtown with $3-5 charge for delivery to Downtown and Brickell and Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, and Midtown can get fresh fish at their door for an additional charge.
