Congress Hotel South Beach is offering a Sunrise Yoga class with Yoga instructor Gabriel Axel to both hotel guests and local residents. The Skanda Yoga class is taking place at the hotelâ€™s rooftop pool on the 6th floor with unobstructed views of the beach and Ocean Drive.Â Skanda Yoga is a breath-inspired, alignment-based vinyasa practice that invokes a playful and challenging spirit. The class is a unique exploration of yoga asana that aligns with the cyclical patterns of Nature in order to refine our being. The cost is $15Â and includes class and complimentary refreshments & fruit snacks. Payment is accepted at the front desk. Yoga mats will be provided for hotel guests only.
