On Tuesday, April 16th, EDGE Steak and Bar is hosting a wine and dinner pairing with Ramey Wine Cellars. The five-course dinner from Executive Chef Aaron Brooks will be paired with the following wines: Ramey Russian River Chardonnay, Ramey Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay (Carneros), Ramey Platt Vineyard Chardonnay (Sonoma), Ramey Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley), and Ramey Syrah (Sonoma Coast). George Staikos, National Sales Manager for Ramey and founder of The Educated Grape, will be in attendance to share his passion for wine appreciation and knowledge of the pairing of gourmet cuisine and fine wine.
