The Hangar Gallery, Wynwood will host a follow up tribute to the 2010 “Living & Loving: Celebrating our Comfort” exhibition with “Living & Loving 2: A Continued Celebration of Life“. The exhibition is another opportunity for the community to come together to support individuals infected or affected by HIV/AIDS not only around the globe, but specifically here in South Florida.Â The display of photographs are works created by Miami based photographer, Anthony Jordon Jr (contributor to Soulofmiami.org, Miamiartzine, Miami/ & Broward-Palm Beach New Times, and Miami Magazine). Anthony will feature various works representative of all cultures, lifestyles, and environments which make Miami the diverse city that it is. The exhibition opens Friday April 26th, Miami. $10 donation.Â A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the photos will be donated to Care Resources to fund their efforts in continuing their existing programs in support of HIV/AIDS outreach in South Florida. Additionally, The Hangar Gallery has also offered to donate 10% of any purchases made the evening of the exhibition.
