Culinary enthusiasts will have an opportunity to take part in an unforgettable dining experience when Jamie DeRosa, chef/owner of Tongue & Cheek restaurant, South Beach’s newest savory sensation, hosts visiting chef Brandon Baltzley, author and chef/owner of Chicago’s famed CRUX restaurant, and Jeremiah Bullfrog of Miami’s own GastroPod, South Florida’s roving gourmet kitchen, for an exclusive dining event. Taking place on Monday, May 20th, the night will feature an eclectic seven-course menu, highlighting the creative, technique-driven cuisine for which each chef is known.
