Wynwood Kitchen & Bar is teaming up Executive Chef Miguel Aguilar with celebrated Wynwood Walls artists for a series of collaborative dinners. In “A Feast for the Eyes,” culinary expertise pairs with the masterminds behind Miami’s graffiti and street art scene, kicking off with Miami-based, Santiago Rubino, on Wednesday, May 29, 2013. The menu for the evening, created by Aguilar and Rubino, reflects the artist’s diet and favorite dishes with the spices and flavors of his native Argentina. Art lovers and gastronomic aficionados alike can enjoy a four-course meal for $50 per person with a wine package available for an additional $20 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Guests will also receive a commemorative menu designed and signed by Rubino and Aguilar. Reservations are required, as there will only be two seating times offered, 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Throughout the evening, a variety of Rubino’s work will be available for purchase at the GoShop, a retail emporium located onsite at the Wynwood Walls, featuring an inventory of artists’ books, bags, and one-of-a-kind creations. Ample street parking and valet available. Reservations can be made by calling 305-722-8959.
