Florida International University Scholarship Fishing Tournament is a one day, offshore tournament featuring fishing for dolphin, with fun fish, lady angler, and Jr. angler categories. The University’s Alumni Association organizes this event and the net proceeds go towards a scholarship program for students of the University. The tournament serves to raise funds for student scholarships. FIU alumni, students and members of the community are all welcome to participate. The cost is $350 per boat (includes 4 anglers). Additional anglers are $50 each. If fishing isn’t your thing, you can still participate in the family fun dock party. It will be hosted at the Sea Isle Marina, starting at 2:00 pm.
