What better way to up your fruit and vegetable ante than by knocking back a couple servings during happy hour? On June 1st , 2013 Café Prima Pasta is launching a fresh-squeezed cocktail series featuring seasonal selects from the farmer’s market curated into cocktails by the restaurant’s lead mixologist starting at $6.
Think Key Lime and Coconut Caipirinhas; Brazilian Cachaca, shredded coconut, brown sugar and lime juice served on the rocks; Carrot and Cilantro Coolers, silver tequila, carrot juice, orange juice and agave nectar finely strained and served over ice with a sprig of cilantro; Lychee Crush Shooters, vodka, lychee liquer and muddled lychees topped with a splash of lemon/lime soda and soda water served straight up or Sparkling Cranberry Splash, Italian white wine, hand pressed cranberries and sliced, white peaches. Low sugar and low-guilt, these healthy cocktails compliment Café Prima Pasta’s new vegetarian and gluten-free menu options available throughout the summer.
