Trumpet player Paul Ayick will perform mainstream jazz compositions at the Bass Museum of Art using the traditional jazz quintet format. The group will consist of trumpet, tenor saxophone, upright bass and drums, performing both Ayick’s original compositions and selections from the American Song Book. Paul Ayick was born in New Jersey and spent a considerable amount of time on the New York jazz scene before moving to South Florida. Free and open to the public.
