Luxury home design brand, Ornare – the prominent Brazilian brand that is highly coveted for the best in trendsetting high-end closets, kitchens and baths, welcomed Brazil’s elite in a celebrating their impact on culture, design and fashion in Miami. Guests mingled to the sounds of famous Brazilian DJ Jota and enjoy Champagne, wine and hors d’oeuvres as they toast to the marriage of Brazilian and Miami cultures and their increasingly connected design and fashion scenes.

Creating the ultimate Brazilian style VIP bash, Ornare invited Brazilians, real estate moguls and local VIPS for an exclusive look into the newest condominium developments that are shaping the future of Miami’s prime real estate market with Brazilian design elements setting them apart. The event featured highly anticipated projects including 101 Key Biscayne, Grove at Grand Bay and South of Fifth’s newest development, Glass. Newly arrived Brazilian developer, Oscar Segall and Eric Soulavy of 101 Key Biscayne, architect of Glass, Rene Gonzalez, along with Terra Group founders, Pedro and David Martin, unveiled images of their new project designs and announce their Brazilian design features. Other notable properties that already feature Ornare include Viceroy Miami, Mansions at Acqualina and Grove at Grand Bay.

The closets of the new Miami residences are not the only Brazilian influence. They are sure to be filled with the hot new Brazilian fashions that are entering the market, notably at this year’s Miami Swim Week. Renowned Brazilian swimwear designer, Paola Robba, will make an appearance at the event to preview her latest collection for Poko Pano. Debuting her Spring/Summer 2014 collection at Ornare, Robba’s designs feature fashionable bikinis and contemporary one-pieces.
