SushiSamba Coral Gables will host an exclusive Hump-Day Happy Hour for members and supporters of the Fairchild Palms.Â The Fairchild Palms Happy Hour at SushiSambaÂ will include delectable hors dâ€™oeuvres created by Chef Brian Nasajon.Â The Fairchild Palms is a networking group of young professional volunteers who are dedicated to environmental education and conservation. The environmental enthusiasts encourage participants of the Fairchild Challenge initiative to explore the Fairchild Tropical Garden and work with experts to increase their environmental awareness. For eight years, the Fairchild Challenge has been recognized as one of South Floridaâ€™s leading outreach programs, teaching environmental education to students in participating public schools in South Florida.Â Prepaid tickets cost is $15 per person and at the door will be $20 per person. Each guest will receive a complimentary cocktail with the purchase of a ticket. Street and valet parking is available. Space is limited to 100 guests. All proceeds benefit the Fairchild Challenge environmental outreach program.
