Downtown Juice Factory is run by Latin American entrepreneurs Rudy Estefano and Jacobo Aguia, who said they plan to freshen up the drinks menu by offering juices made with seasonal fruits found in Latin America. “We are not a fast-food restaurant. We want to give freshness, all the natural aspects of food,” said Aguia. “Food gives life, so we respect that.” He hopes theÂ shop serves “as an escape” for the downtown professionals and residents.
