HIT Week, the Italian global music festival returns Saturday, October 5th to the beautiful Hollywood ArtsPark in downtown Hollywood for a free night of great sounds from Italy. HIT Week 2013 features Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino, a septet from Salento that takes classic taranta into the modern world. The night also includes DJ Nicola Conte, a global favorite for his jazzy lounge style. HIT Week features the winner of the Italian Chef Contest, delicious Italian food for sale from Graspa Group Restaurants, and some young upcoming Italian musicians as well. Members of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce are invited to the VIP cocktail reception at 7PM hosted by the City of Hollywood. Hollywood ArtsPark Experience: Italy HIT Week is produced by the Rhythm Foundation and Hollywood CRA with major support among others of the Italian Trade Commission, FIAT of North Miami, Peroni, and the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce. Free and open to the public.
