Miami Red Dress Fashion Show Benefiting The American Heart AssociationFriday, October 18, 7pm-11pm - Funkshion’s Fall Fashion Week Tent, 21st Street and Collins Avenue, Miami Beach

Celebrities, television and radio personalities, designers, and models will unite on October 18, 2013 to spread awareness about heart diseases and stroke, the No. 1 and No. 4 killers of Americans, at the “Miami Red Dress Fashion Show” during Funkshion’s Fall Fashion Week Miami Beach. As an iconic symbol of this movement, the red dress helps take the message further in an inspirational and artistically visual manner. Nationally, the color red is promoted to further establish the American Heart Association as the leading authority on heart heath.

The annual event, which celebrates fashion, philanthropy and culture all in the name of heart health, will be held at 21st Street and Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, and will take place on the opening night of Fall Fashion Week in Miami Beach. Members of the American Heart Association’s young professionals group, Miami PULSE, will be leading the fundraising efforts at the fashion show. Tickets are $50 per person. For more information, or to purchase tickets, please contact Lisa Romero at 954-364-5007 or via email at
